BuilderBuddy’s standard policy is payment before inspection reports are released.
In certain situations, we may approve deferred payment, including payment at closing, to provide additional flexibility during a real estate transaction.
Deferred payment is available by approval only and is subject to a $125 minimum administrative fee. To help manage cash flow and administrative costs, deferred payments must be received within 45 days of the inspection date.
Please note that third-party services, including sewer scope, septic, chimney, water, and similar specialty inspections, are not eligible for deferred payment and must be paid before reports are released.
