We value your feedback.

If you have a question or concern after your inspection, please let us know using the form below.  This form allows us to review the situation carefully and compare it with the observations documented during the inspection.

Home inspections are a visual assessment of the property at the time of the inspection. Conditions may change over time, and it is also common for contractors or other professionals to have different opinions about repair methods or recommended improvements.

Our goal is to review concerns thoughtfully, fairly, and based on the information available at the time of the inspection.  Because repairs, demolition, or alterations can change or remove the original conditions present at the time of inspection, documentation of the condition before work began is often important for a meaningful review.

Whenever possible, please contact us before repairs or demolition take place so we have the opportunity to review the condition first-hand.

As outlined in our inspection agreement, the following timing guidelines:
(1) Concerns should be submitted within six (6) months of the inspection date.
(2) Written notice should be provided within seven (7) days of discovering the issue.

These guidelines help us review concerns accurately and fairly, and will provide us a better opportunity to help you.
